Contribute to all CITC and government initiatives in Smart Cities, Smart meter and connected cars
Participate in developing IoT regulatory framework.
Enable and promote new technologies such as eSIM, VowiFi and RSC services and provide necessary
technical support.
Accomplish cyber security regulatory framework in coordination with National Cybersecurity Authority
and Cyber Security Center and ensure all security requirement are fulfilled.
Assess and manage CITC and government agencies access to STC systems and Data.
Facilitate development of Cloud Computing Regulation
Implement the regulatory requirements to blockage of illegal OTT, VoIP and SIP
Coordinate the implementation of CITC Content Filtering Service.
Coordinate the implementing nationally adopted policies, plans and programs; related to the ICT
industry regulation.

• Coorporative Training Program in Wireless Local Loop (WLL) Department. This training constituted the following:
•Technical Field Support: Diagnosing and rectifying problems in WLL Network.
•Network Operation Center: Monitoring the WLL network in the central region of Saudi Arabia.
•ACC/RSC: Training on service provisioning and overview.
•Optimization: Working with Field Support Technicians, visiting customer sites and rectifying faults to ensure improved performance and customer satisfaction

Prepare Integrated and coordinated Roll-out work plans and schedules for fixed/wireless projects · Analyze Site dependencies · Identify site connectivity and integration requirements · Prioritize sites and define rollout sequencing · Agree WBS with Project teams · Assist with Site Scope of Work and Hand-over to vendors · Prepare execution plans for all projects · Identify project charters and stakeholders for the defferent projects. · Provide project management plan for all projects
