Work with HR to identify new roles and their requirements ensuring that training designed reflects competency frameworks.
 Design new staff induction and ongoing training materials, including for managers, on a variety of subjects, as required to drive continuous performance improvement.
 Support managers in implementing training and non-training interventions to support learning and provide coaching for management and staff as needed to improve performance.
 Work with the Quality Assurance /Business Development teams on new/changing contract requirements ensuring that lesson plans and training materials are developed in a timely manner for implementation.
 Undertake independent projects related the staff development as agreed with the Learning and Development Manager as well as Senior Managers.
 Deliver technical and systems training for staff including use of the in house IT system and contract compliance and deliver other training and learning interventions as needed to drive continuous performance improvement for Mangers and Staff.

Facilitate modules on the agreed delivery dates.

Ensure that delivery dates for each module are agreed and communicated to employment advisors and their clients.

Ensure a minimum of 90% of starters complete the programmes.

Contact all clients on attendee list prior to the start of the modules where necessary.

Work with Managers and Learning and Development team about development needs of programme.

Regularly communicate with other facilitators/co-facilitators about modules to share best practice.

Create and communicate a quarterly timetable of the different modules and their availability to managers and local administrators.

Ensure timesheets, action plans and all paper work are completed, signed by all participants and returned to Operations Managers in a timely manner.

Ensure that evaluation forms are issued to participants, responses collated and a quarterly report of results are produced for evaluation immediately post-delivery and at an agreed point when the client is in-work.

Lesson plans and materials are updated as a result of any changes as a result of evaluation feedback.

Ensure the implementation of the SHE Policy, Framework and Standards within their area of responsibility.

Brief SHE issues to the Area Management Team and advise on the actions required to achieve Corporate and Group compliance

Coordinate the local deployment of Corporate and / or Group SHE standards and BAE SYSTEMS SAUDI ARABIA Processes.

Convene and coordinate local SHE committee meetings and provide advice. Additionally, represent the area of responsibility on SHE Functional committee meetings.

Ensure all Contractors comply with the Management of Contractors SHE Standard.

Provide Area SHE Assurance reports and Scorecard submissions as determined by the SHE Manager including update of CSR monthly reporting.

Deliver the initial BAE SYSTEMS SAUDI ARABIA SHE induction for new arrivals and transferees (all nationalities).

Review and monitor the SHE Intranet Site for their area of responsibility.

Ensure SHE Notice Boards are populated and maintained with relevant SHE information / correspondence.

Maintain SHE Competencies in accordance with the 'SHE Developing You' programme.

Ensure individual training requirements are included within the PDR process.
