Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.

Manages and performs strategic and tactical sourcing plans and techniques (i.e. Salery Bench marking, market mapping, candidate referrals, Employee Referral Programs, headhunting etc)
Designs, leads and manages the end-to-end recruitment cycle working with local HR and hiring manager to ensure consistency in our process and exceptional candidate care.
Ongoing development of the full recruitment process.
Facilitation of assessment sessions for candidate sourcing and employer branding.
Building on Al Hokair Group employer brand, reputation management, social engagement and lead generation to attract quality candidates.
Manages the Al Hokair Group career site.
Collate reports to give up to date assessment of recruitment activity and pipeline to the People works leader and Senior leadership team.
Training and upskill hiring and HR managers on interviewing techniques.
Inspire and motivate direct and indirect team members to achieve performance results.Act as a subject matter expert and strategic partner to hiring managers on job description composition, interview processes. Identify and deploy best practices for the region through innovative recruiting and sourcing concepts. تولى إدارة الموارد البشرية عادةً مسؤولية اجتذاب الموظفين، واختيار الأكفاً منهم، وتدريبهم على مهام عملهم، وتقييمهم، ومكافأتهم، وتعريفهم بحقوقهم، وواجباتهم، ومتابعة تنفيذ قوانين العمل المختلفة. لذا فهذا يعتبر جزءً رئيسياً من أهم المهام التي يجب أن نقوم عليها والتخطيط والتنفيذ لها بالشكل الصحيح.

1- متابعة عملية التوظيف للموظفين الجدد ( اعداد عقد العمل )
2- متابعة الاجازات والمباشرات للموظفين
3- متابعة رواتب الموظفين
4- اعداد المخالصات النهائية وشهادات الخبرة للموظفين
5- حل جميع المشاكل المتعلق بالموظفين من تاخير الراواتب والحصور والانصراف الشهري
6- اعداد الخاطابات الخاصة بالموظفين
