-Leading Reliability instrumented system Methodology implementation in HADEED .
-Reliability Studies and analysis implementing SIS (SAFETY INSTRUMENTED SYSTEMS) study cases for several plants, our role is to design SIS (SAFETY INSTRUMENTED SYSTEMS)and ESD define SIF’s (safety instrumented function) Generate recommendations based on the final analysis result, maintenance or redesigning, Modification MOC… to be implemented .
-manage and continually evaluate instrumentation information that is common to process engineering, design, maintenance, and reliability, designed to assist plant owners, improving the performance……
-Calibration Management manage, and optimize instrument calibration strategies across the entire enterprise.
-Performed implementation and training on functional safety system life cycle management with Meridium software which include SIS training Methodology, workshops on PHA (HAZOP) risk assessment, calibration management, instrument performance and Reliability analysis.
-Leading the upgrade project for the Meridium software for the new version of SIS.
-Review and preparation of Detail engineering documentation related to Instrumentation & Control Systems.
-Carrying out Technical Study, preparation & implementation of MOCs upon requests from Operations and Maintenance.
