•Reports and escalate technical observations to Executive Manger and General Manager for evaluation and enhancing the capabilities of services.

- Organize and participate for the seminars, roads show for USA and Australia universities.
- Generating and organize weekly and monthly officials reports.

UK Degree from Coventry University majoring in Computing Network.
