Title: HSE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
• Provides safety support and advice, such as supervision for contractors of MODON.
• Provide project teams with health and safety resources to support the design and construction.
• Monitoring and inspecting the contractors sites for compliance with safety & health standards and regulations.
• Evaluate site supervision consultant and contractors health and safety performance to ensure the required corrective actions have been taken.
• Ensure contractors health and safety are comply with Client’s (MODON) requirements.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, assess trends, and take corrective actions.
• Evaluate contractors induction and safety training programs.
• Review and approve Health and Safety Plans and HSE reports prepared by the site contractors supervisions.
• Provide Key performance Indicator (KPI) recommendations to the Program Director and client’s (MODON) Projects Managers.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports to client.
• Conducting health and safety workshops for MODON Projects Managers, MODON Consultants, and MODON contractors.
• Evaluate health and safety risks and impacts with MODON project managers and programme director to develop mitigation measures.

Health Safety Environment Site Manager for multiple projects (King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (Royal Private Wing Project), King Abdullah Center for Oncology and Liver Disease (Annex Project), and Royal Air Force (AEC Project)

Responsibilities:
• Provides safety support and advice, such as supervision on preparation of plans and procedures before starting the activities.
• Managing supervisors and officers to assessing the site to guarantee it is a hazard-free condition
• Monitoring the effective Implementation health rules.
• Preparing weekly safety plan.
• Preparing weekly and monthly Reports to consultant and client.
