-Managing the marketing communication for the Debit/Credit cards.
-Enhancing the Rewards and loyalty programs knowledge, tied to card usage by creating channels of redeem.
I handled the implementation of the CRM and billing project. During the project stages, I represented the integration department to the Implementation of CRM system integration with other systems (Siebel) for Saudi Data. Implementation of CRM (Siebel) system and Billing (Geneva-IRB) system integration.
