Deputy Projects Manager:
•Instrumental in the preparation of projects proposals, including estimates for engineering staffing & resources, quantities, scope reviews, schedules, while ensuring the smooth flow of information between the project team, consultants and contractors during the project.
•Preparing work plans/schedules, facilitating in developing and estimating cost and resource requirements, reviewing material orders, handling all work and cost schedules against established time and budget.

•Took accountability for leading the King Saud Hospital project and health centres in Uniza by coordinating efforts with 16 subcontractors in the project right from contracting and hiring new employees for the project.

•Focused and drove projects to achieve targets, budgets and results by ensuring effective maintenance work in the king Saud Hospital Project and Health Centres in Uniza and fostering effective communication with departments to gain commitment to execute work.
•Maintained end-to-end accountability for all project activities including site visits and writing snag lists for contractor reference before receiving the project and ensure the maintenance of all items under the purview of the project.
•Directed all services, resources, and project plans for daily operations; ensuring the availability of resources to comply with project schedules and managing the project from inception to completion.
