7. Co-ordinates and administers the company’s notification system to the vessels.
8. Trains employees and sea staff in the use of the QA system.
9. Organize monthly safety meetings for both fleets (30 vessels) as well as follow up minutes and outstanding issues
10. Track monthly environmental reports from ships and compile database and follow up with vessels concerning abnormal figures
11. Conducting an internal audit (office and vessels )
12. Compiling internal / external / office audit reports. Includes follow up of NCNs and observations.
13. Calculate Co2 Emissions.
