• Develop and monitor the implementation of the ADNOC Corporate Annual/5-yearly
HSE audit plan.
• Audit the performance of ADNOC Group of Companies’ HSE Management System,
Project HSE Plans and Health, Safety & Environmental Impact Assessment (HSEIA).

I am currently working with Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority as an Occupation Health and Safety Unit Head from 12/10/2014.

With TCA am in the process of developing a HSE Management System to ensure compliance with OSHAD requirements.
• Provide direction and manage employees in the Occupational Health & Safety Unit in performing their delegated tasks
• Review existing policies, programs, and initiatives to ensure EHS/Facility compliance and develop new policies and procedures as necessary.
• Review, measure, audit, and report on efforts in attaining compliance with EHS laws, OSHAD regulations, Authority policies, and best practices to all levels of the organization

• Perform applicable inspections of facilities and operations

• Maintain open channels of communication between all other levels of management within the Authority.

• Supervise maintenance of applicable files, records and permits
• Prepare alerts about specific environmental hazards and recommendations on how to minimize exposure to risk
• Coordinate handling/removal of hazardous materials and waste.

As Marine Mechanical Engineer in National Gas Shipping Company (NGSCO-ADNOC)

• I have 9 months experience as a training engineer on liquefied natural gas ships (LNG), oil tanker ship and liquefied petroleum gas ship (LPG).
And, also I have been working as a 4th engineer on board the vessels from 11/05/2010 to 01/01/2011 (steam turbines)
• According to my job as a marine mechanical engineer on LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) carriers I was working on the operation and maintenance of Steam turbine plants (main engine and auxiliary machinery), which consists of: Marine boilers (63000 kg/hr, 60 bar, 515 C), steam turbines (29600 KW), turbo generators (2760 KW) and diesel generators (2870 KW), control systems, lubricating oil system and lubrication oil tests, air compressors, different type of pumps (screw, centrifugal and displacement), oil purifiers, vibrations monitoring system, pipe lining, .
, fresh water generator (60 m3/day), purifiers, boiler water test and all safety equipment in the engine room such as fire extinguisher, fire hoses and nozzle, emergency compressor, emergency fire pump, fire main systems and lifeboats engine maintenance and dealing with safety lectures.

• I am currently working with ADNATCO-NGSCO main office as a Quality & HSE Officer (HSE Division) from Jan 2011.
1. Updates and controls various QHSE manuals in the system and circulates hard copies to manual holders at the head office and on board ships.
2. Creates and updates / amends various company electronic forms for Fleet and Quality etc..
3. Quarterly updates KPI figures for BOARD, by collecting the data from individual Divisions and generating common dashboard.
4. Collects monthly safety statistics from all our vessels and maintains full control of Safety Statistics (, MIR Environmental reports and Hazard Highlighters).
5. Keeps track of various ADNOC HSEMS correspondences (Codes of Practice and Reports etc.)
6. Communicates with sea staff on day-to -day quality issues in order to ensure proper incident reporting and that manuals are maintained up to date and communicated to all concerned.
7. Co-ordinates and administers the company’s notification system to the vessels.
8. Trains employees and sea staff in the use of the QA system.
9. Organize monthly safety meetings for both fleets (30 vessels) as well as follow up minutes and outstanding issues
10. Track monthly environmental reports from ships and compile database and follow up with vessels concerning abnormal figures
11. Conducting an internal audit (office and vessels )
12. Compiling internal / external / office audit reports. Includes follow up of NCNs and observations.
13. Calculate Co2 Emissions.
