• Adding new work orders to planning SAP system.
• Monitoring daily active jobs.
• Connecting with sales to find out the estimated completion time for new orders.
• Finalizing orders and helping quality assurance issuing Certificate of Conformity (COC).

Monitoring daily processes of production area, by scheduling and releasing production plans for Hot rolling mill. Initiating a project in collaboration with procurement department to maintain the perfect purchase requests done by JESCO. Project was linked to all other department to create a big schedule of needed items for each line, standardizing the process to be within calculated parameters in the future. Holding the schedules of inquiries received from clients to create a schedule and see the availability of annual budget/actual production capacity. Engaging in most of the production lines by establishing communications to ensure the planning is on the same page as other departments. Auditing internally with different departments for both ISO 14001 & ISO 45001,
