Getholidayz.com It's an Online holiday packages App with market size of 80 Billion USD in MENA region. After developing the MVP we launched the product back in 2019 and the results was astonishing, the revenue was 270K USD in 3 months with net profit 22%. However Covid19 pandemic caused a lot of pain to us, at the beginning of Q3 of 2021 we started assembling the team again and we did a lot of enhancement to the App so we could re-launch it again 1st Q 2022.

My main duties and responsibilities as a Co-founder is:

Manage Product Development
Direct Marketing and Promotion
Develop Financial Estimates
Create Business Plans and Documents
Build and Lead Teams
Communicating with the investors.
Raising funds.

It's the new technological revolution in construction industry. PRESCO Accomplished 5 mega crush projects in a very short time with total amount of 8 million SAR.

My main rules and responsibility:

Leading the development of PRESCO short- and long-term strategy.
Creating and implementing PRESCO vision and mission.
Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
Assessing risks to PRESCO and ensuring they are monitored and minimized.
Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable.
Communicating, on behalf of PRESCO, with government entities and clients.

Sameer Group it's a family business established in 1982, the portfolio of the group is diversified with different business such as: Travel & Tourism, Hotel & Resorts, Real-estate development, General construction and Entertainment parks.

Through 19 years of my time working in the group I've worked in different places and positions starting from the cashier in 2000 until I became the CEO of the group in 2015. That kind of work experiences gave me the opportunity to explore and taste a lot of business secrets and business ethics principles.
