• Working as IT Project Manager to establish infrastructure network including routers, switches, passive work, CCTV cameras, and access control doors for many ARASCO’s branches.
• Implement and prepare the WAN links using ISP, DSP and redline technologies at routers.
• Work as Network Engineer to resolve operational problems.
• Work in Firewall-Cisco-ASA and Firewall Fortinet to secure ARASCO network.
• Work in Big-IP-F5-LTM & F5-GTM to load balance the traffic at our network.

• Contact with our vendors to check our issues and open ticket with them to resolve issues.
• Work in Nexus7k, 5k, 2k as a CORE for our network and implement the necessary configurations.

• Troubleshooting for our customers Trouble Tickets (residential or business)
• Operate, maintain, and monitoring the entire ITC network by 24x7 operations to achieve and
maintaining service stability, network performance, availability, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform the configuration changes activities and duties for the network in cisco network
devices and management tools.
• Perform the NOC tasks and duties in accordance with the predefined methods and
procedures.
• Handling customer's complaints to the level three if necessary with coordination with
customer operations.
• WAN solutions for banks and corporates customers using different medias like fiber,
microwave, WiMAX, DSL and VSAT.
• Saudi National Fiber Networks (SNFN)- monitoring, and escalating any cuts on the fibers to
our SNFN team.
