Duties:
• Managing/Enhancing the adopted QMS (Quality Management
System) regularly
• leading the QMS Internal Auditors for Audit Plan, preparations
of Audit Checklist, Audit Schedule, Audit Notifications and .
• Conducting safty inspection.
• Conduct preliminary investigation on accidents to identify
causes.
• Lead and guide the implementation of safety recommendations
• Risk assessment to mitigate all potential hazards
• Conducting analysis on the root causes for occurrences and
developing a report on the occurrence.
• Ensuring that safety accountabilities are clearly defined for all
personnel involved
• Providing support as the primary resource in all of risk
assessment-specific processes
• Coordinating with the communication department to establish
effective means for external and internal communication of
safety information
