affecting the company.

Implementing EAMS System for Employees requests, and can be followed Procurements' requests, Approvals, contracts, and payments & assets inventory.

Reducing customer requests and complaints by 75%. after developed CS system and integrated with relevant departments and provision of E-services through Internet.

Reducing the number of complaints by 70% after
implementing a customized CRM system with fresh
policies and procedures.
