• Conduct a research on the latest methods, methodologies and tools to develop the economic policies to achieve development in all sectors.
• Conduct research to prepare economic policies to attract investments and support the role of the private sector by creating an appropriate investment climate and to identify current and future investment opportunities.
• Providing the investment proposals necessary to stimulate investment in the private sector.

• Collection of economic and financial data and establishment of a database in this regard.
• To explain the view points, needs and interests of the various professional sectors.
• To conduct macro-economic specialized feasibility studies for the purpose of providing the Association’s members with knowledge and information related to the effects of governmental policies on the private sector activities.
• To conduct economic and social studies on the public and private conditions and their reflections on the businessmen and other sectors.
• To prepare memos and working papers to be submitted to the government periodically; including the businessmen view points on the development policies being adopted and implemented by the government.
• To act as representative for the association in several events and meetings.
• Organize local and external seminars for the discussion of the economic affairs related to the activities of the private sector and the national economy.
• Research and study the economic, trade and investment relations between Jordan and other countries, in order to enhance the trade exchange between Jordan and other countries and attract more investments to Jordan through Jordanian businessmen association counterparts.
• Prepare Agreements and MOU’s with Jordanian businessmen association counterparts and other associations.
• Prepare and publish latest news on JBA (Jordanian businessmen association) website in both languages (Arabic and English).
• Prepare speeches, discussion points, and answers for the General Manager and the president of Jordanian businessmen association in press, TV and journal interviews and business councils.
• Communicate with Association members to provide them with the latest updates and news.
• Prepare press releases and periodic publications such as the annual report, business community journal and daily economic newsletter.
• Directly reporting to the general manager and perform an office manager tasks, such as;
 Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
 Organizing correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, answering the requested inquiries from the association members or the external customers.
 Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
 Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments, Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results,
 Collaborating with co-workers, management, direct reports and customers.
 Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office, Provide general support to visitors.
 Plan in-house or off-site activities, like celebrations, conferences and meetings.
