SHAHM is an application located in Saudi Arabia, based on the concept of ride sharing and it is the primary service in our application so that we serve the needs of our customers who want to move from one point to another at a specific time. Our application serves various groups of society such as school students, employees, and families.
Responsibility :
- Leading a developer team web/mobile application, defining roles and distributing them in the work among employees and supervising them
- Create and develop performance report, delivery method, scope of work, and general duties records
- Help in gathering system requirements and business.
- Supervise activities between internal and external resources, and facilitate smooth workflow for service delivery.
- Coordinating with the business analyst to help develop the services of the web/mobile application.
- Give training and mentorship to team members to make them better on the job.
- Carry out other technical related duties that may be required.
Chief of E-Service at National Plan for Science and Technology Program (NPST) /King Saud University.
Responsibilities:
• System analyst, for Research Submission and follow-up system, Research Projects Portal and Scientific production warehouse system.
• Representative of the (NPST) at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) I have worked with the system analysis team at TATA (execution company) My responsibility was to analyst Research Submission system and give him requirement of NPST at King Saud university.
• Representative of the National Plan at the University with all relevant authorities in all areas of IT.
• Coordinate with all relevant authorities a database of the university.
• Leading a developer team, defining roles and distributing them in the work among employees and supervising them.
• Work on the proper functioning of the system of research projects.
• Follow-up the maintenance of servers, computers, printers and network.
• Research Submission and follow-up System Administrator.
• The responsibility of the system to verify the authenticity of the research using (Turnitin and iThenticate)
• Prepare Reports.
• Carry out other technical related duties that may be required.

- Performing quality control on all projects, writing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.
