• Handling and managing all legal queries, matters, and cases for the Company's locations
in KSA & MENA region.
• Acting as Head of Legal Dept.
• Represent the Company before courts, government authorities, and legal committees.
• Draft and review contracts in the best interest of the Company.
• Keep the management updated about developments and changes in legislation as relevant for the Company's business.
• Execute internal investigations for malpractice cases.
• Registration and Renewal of the Company's trademarks inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
I worked in Company's operations with a role of (without limitation) : (i) working on identifying actions that might lead to violate of related laws, regulations and operational procedures. (ii) Ensuring the compliance of the contractual obligations, operational procedures, and report for any breach occurred. (iii) Predict and prevent potential risks. (iv) Draft/Review the related SOPs.
In this position, I worked as a part-timer with the firm on most of the traditional legal services; including but not limited to advising clients on legal matters, draft legal papers, litigation, conduct legal researches, and keep abreast of legislative changes.
