Supports the top management in the HSE policy and guidelines issue
* Ensures that the HSE management system is in compliance with HSE policy, guidelines,
applicable standards and instructions
* Coordinates with Saudi Aramco and/or main client for all safety requirements and facilitates
compliance
* Collaborate with project site managers for the implementation of the site’s loss prevention
program
* Coordinate and interact with all corporate and project site departments of the company to
facilitate compliance of safety programs
* Manages the HSE administrator in the implementation of HSE policies and mission
* Support company management in setting HSE objectives
* Direct, manage and provide expertise for incident investigations, case management, near
misses, environmental and/or equipment damage
* Takes part in accident / incident investigation
* Participates to HAZOP meetings prior to procurement and installation activities
* Provides safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and
procedures for initial contract start up activities
* Provides for motivation and familiarization of all company personnel respecting the importance
of complying with company system procedures and all safety equipment provided
