• Foreman Finishing include Block, Plastering, Gypsum Board, Tile work, Porcelain, Ceramic and Granite tiles work and all other civil finishing related works.
• Excellent ability to read engineering drawings and execute work accordingly
• Controlling Cement Concrete quality with Making & Curing of Specimen of Cement Concrete Test,
• Casting, of Specimen of Cement Concrete Test,
• Checking the Temperature of Fresh Cement Concrete Test,
• Slump of Fresh Cement Concrete Test,
• Compressive Strength of Cylinder Specimen of Cement Concrete Test
• Compressive Strength of Cube Specimen of Cement Concrete Test
• Checking the Flexural Strength of Beam Specimen of Cement Concrete Test
• Managing and inspection the Site
• Verify the quantity of required construction materials, its availability and request immediately to the procurement
• Timely arrangements of the materials, Manpower & equipments needed for the work
• Worked on estimation of materials required on the revised drawing Coordination of the consumption with the project management
• Check the detailed survey and Lay-out of structures before the execution of construction activities
• Supervision of Civil works, taking out Quantities, Quality Control of materials for use, Preparing Progress reports
• Coordination with consultant and architectures. Satisfy the Client requirements according to their need

• Supervise the execution of the project assigned as per design and specification.
• Fully checked the designed drawings required if it is reflected in a latest revision and in standard specification before it executes in site.
• Coordinate with the sub contractor’s engineers/supervisors what would be the problems may arise on site and
immediately report to Project Manager for a better solution.
• Coordinate with the QC Engineers during inspection to maintain the quality and standard of the project.
• Maintain and support the safety activities in site to avoid any accidents, damage to properties that will happen during the construction.
• Provide plans and schedules of the area concern to meet the completion on time.
• Supervise the execution of the project assigned as per design and specification.
