* Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing full team of Forman /charge hands and Coordinate Individual Responsibilities.
- Ensuring works are compliant with contract documents and design parameters.
- Responding to contractual correspondence in accordance with the conditions of contracts.
- Managing Consultant interface.
- Identifying Construction problems at early stages and planning their mitigation.
- Preparing daily and monthly reports.
- Enforces company policies and procedures.
- Processing monthly applications for payments and certifications.
- Procuring materials and seeking subcontractors.
- Identifying agreeing of any varied work.
- Taking the quantity of materials from the drawing.
- Submit quotations and estimation the steel structural and non structural works
