When Mobily decided to create a team to handle the system part for Fixed Service Network (FSN)
project they elect me to lead the team to provide administration, technical support, professional
services and make all secure, the following systems was part of our responsibility:
* Content caching for all Mobily customers using Bluecoat CacheFlow MX 5000 system device, 5 data center more than 160 devices
* Secure Web Gateway for Mobily internal users using Bluecoat ProxySG 8100 system devices
* Load balancing the traffic between content caching devices using F5 Big-IP load balancer and F5 VIBRION load balancer
* Translate public IP to privet IP using F5 BIG-IP CGNAT and A10 Thunder CGNAT
* Provide IP translation of the domain name using InfoBlox DNS recursive
* Hosting DNS records for company domain name using InfoBlox DNS authoritative
* Load balancing the traffic between content caching devices using A10 Thunder and AX Series
* Content filtering using WireFilter system
* Content caching using Juniper Media Flow Controller (MFC)
* Network monitoring all Mobily devices using Cacti Network Monitor
* iPass Enterprise Mobility Services administrating and support
* Citrix XenApp application virtualization 1st level Support
Joined Mobily (Etihad Etisalat) as System Consultant. I have worked to provide administration, technical support and professional services for the following systems:
* Content caching for all Mobily customers using Bluecoat CacheFlow MX 5000 System devices
* Secure Web Gateway for Mobily internal users using Bluecoat ProxySG 8100 system devices
* Load balancing the traffic between content caching devices using F5 Big-IP load balancer
* Network monitoring all Mobily devices using Cacti Network Monitor
* Load balancing the traffic between content caching devices using Foundry load balancer
Starting with GulfNet Solutions as a network administrator for the company, I gradated in the company position until I become Senior Technical Consultant in network Infrastructure division. I used to have the following responsibilities: -
* Project management for infrastructure and security related projects
* Business and technical templates development, e.g. proposals, project plans, reports, …etc
* Troubleshooting critical and complicated systems issues for our enterprise sector customers
* Network infrastructure services assessment and consultation
