JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsibility for the following activities are as Lab. Calibration, Installation for field instrument as Transmitter, Control valve, controller, all types of switches, gauges, Inspection for cable Installation, cable testing, impulse line installation and Air supply system, also installation of cable tray and conduits. Responsibility and inspection for loop check & releasing for loops.
• Inspection for the installation of field mounted Instrument, Junction boxes, local panels, Pneumatics leak test of Air line tubing/ Impulse line tubing, Insulation Resistance test and continuity check for Instrument cables.
• Inspection for the Installation of DCS panel, ESD Panel, Fire & Gas system panel, consoles & computers with printer, communication system and Weather monitoring system in the main control building.
• Also coordinate with Clients project Inspection Unit for project Inspection and Stage wise activities for witness or hold points.
Co-ordinating with consultant and Clients for the final acceptance of the plant hand over. Overseas the documents control management and ensure the availability of current client Engineering standards, procedures and industrial codes and standard. Familiar with International Standards NACE, ASTM, DIN, BSI, IEC, ANSI, API, NEC, NEMA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for supervision of Instrumentation Construction activities of the project which involves installation of field Instruments, Communication system and control system, calibration of process control Instrument, loop checking, conversing different types of transmitters, gas detectors, (LEL/H2S) Vibration sensor, control valves, control panels and programmable logic controller PLC (ABB) ESD system, distributed control system DCS (YOKOGAWA) Vibration monitoring system (VMS) etc.
• Pre-commissioning of page/ party system, CCTV, Security fencing system and carried out all the Instrumentation work complied with engineering standard and specification.
• I have well knowledge about loop checking, including vibration (Sesmic, Reldial, Axial) with VFD to Instrument technical room (ITR), Instrument relay panel loop check, limit switch megger. field bus instrument power up and loop check.
• I have well knowledge of all instruments calibration in both field and lab.
• I can work confidently in live panels.
• I also did the documentation work related to work, like preparation of check sheet for the loop check, calibration.

• Performed the Instrumentation activities at this project covering material requisition, installation of Instrument conduit, cable tray, instrument, impulse line, and Air line etc. Instrument calibration and Pre-Commissioning activities of Instrumentation work related to Install DCS & Turbine and control system at-WIPS and ensured that all the works comply IFC drawing and applicable standards and specification.
• Responsible involved during the erection of motor control center panel lighting. Panel battery charger room 480v, Dry type Transformers, Ups, and grounding system all completion of MMC Room responsible for the Installation like conduit cable tray duct bank wiring, termination, monitoring of electrical testing like high voltage and low voltage circuit breaker, CT, VT, Ammeter voltmeter testing of bus bar Hippo test etc.
