Understanding of Windows Active Directory and MS.
• Acting as the face of IT and consistently demonstrates a high level
of customer service and commitment to excellence in service
delivery.
• Working daily on the Active Directory (creating new users, lock or
unlock accounts, resetting passwords, etc.).
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues
reported by users, whether related to hardware, software, or
network problems.
• Installation and Configuration: Setting up and configuring
hardware, software applications, and network devices for users or
across an organization.
• Maintenance and Updates: Performing regular maintenance tasks,
such as software updates, patches, and system optimizations to
ensure systems run smoothly and securely.
• Remote Support: Assisting users remotely by troubleshooting
issues over the phone, through chat, or using remote desktop
tools.
• Security: Implementing and maintaining security measures, such
as antivirus software, firewalls, and user access controls to protect
systems and data.

Troubleshooting datacenter and system administrator.
• Handling Domain - User Access Management.
• Quality Control Dept. System’s Backup & Restore.
• Administration for Serialization and Aggregation Operation.
• Training - Conducting training sessions or creating guides to
educate users about new technologies or best practices.
• Data Backup and Recovery - Implementing and managing data
backup solutions, as well as helping users recover lost data when
necessary.
• Hardware Repairs- Diagnosing and repairing hardware failures, or
coordinating with vendors for repairs if necessary.
• User Assistance - Providing user guidance and support through
various communication channels, helping them navigate software,
resolve issues, and maximize their technology use.
