Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. The Software Developer Two (2) serves Florida Hospital by coding and developing within approved applications and/or systems that help support our Partners, Team Members, Patients and Families and is compliant with the defined Management Information Systems standards. In accordance with the Production Management Office guidelines, works and communicates independently, with minimal supervision of an Application Services Manager and can serve as a Team Lead. Propose, design, develop, test and implement computer systems that have been approved by MIS Management. Identifies and makes database modifications and/or enhancements necessary for completion of projects under specified deadlines necessary to expedite the efficient functioning of the MIS Department and are consistent with the philosophy and goals of the organization.
FGAMP - Florida-Georgia Alliance for Minority Participation - President for the chapter at Tallahassee Community College for approximately two semesters. (15 hours) Florida Department of Corrections - Assisted inmates via self enrichment workshops. (36 hours)
