►Cash management by monitoring and review cash balances and limits on vault, tellers box and ATM's, to ensure that the optimum cash balance is maintained at all times with free operational risk.
► Going through a daily basis follow-up for Clearance and Reconciliation as main operations duties, and ensure that outward clearing, inward clearing and inward return timely delivered, and Follow up with other departments on regular basis to ensure that branch operations functioning properly, and report any incidents to the concerned department; IT, Reconciliations, operational risk unit …etc to stand on and resolve any outstanding operations issues efficiently.
► Handle the responsibility of Response at all branch operations queries by the internal / External audit .
► Ensure all Tellers transactions and other routine processing to be done as per the bank operating Policies & Procedure and all transactions were carried out with full respect to Compliance & Money Laundering Standards and other regulatory requirements.
►Approve on outward cheques on ECC system.
►Takeover of daily operation of feeding ATM's machines and replenishment of cash on cassettes, and ensure of matching ATM's cash balance with system records.
►Make sure of internal control policies and procedures are in place at all times in the branch's whole operations and transactions, through staff direct supervision and periodic reporting manner to the branch manager and operational risk unit in H.O such as :
- EOD reports; new open accounts, dormant accounts transactions, broken TD report, rejected cheques report and large amounts transactions report …etc. and report any breaches/notes to the next reporting levels.
- EOM reports;postdated cheques , cash balances in main vault and ATM's and reporting any breaches/notes to the next reporting/escalation levels.
► Review and authorize all documents pertaining to New Account opening, Remittances, Time-deposits (TD).. etc. before sending to the centralized processing units at H.O. .
► Co-ordinate with outsourced service providers .
► Co-ordinate with centralized units at H.O regarding day-to-day branch operations.
► Responsible for control over safe-keeping of security items; demand drafts, branch cheques, bank stamps, keys…etc.
