* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, create and manage website content, e-newsletter, landing pages and optimize online user experience.
* Create, organize, review, edit and publish digital content on NWC website.
* Ensure that all web content is consistent with overall business and online objectives and reflects company’s style and voice.
* Oversee the technical aspects of content strategy, including taxonomy, maintenance, tagging, HTML and CSS editing.
* Act as digital gatekeeper to ensure all content is readable, relevant and searchable.
* Drive improved SEO results and ensure all online content follow latest SEO best practices.
* Monitor, audit, and assess the effectiveness of digital efforts and recommend content optimization strategies across digital channels.
* Utilize digital & website as part of campaign channels and Brand touch points.
* Creating a display advertising campaigns that drive target buyers to websites and generate leads and calls-to-action.
* Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
* Superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and design.
* Continues improvement by capturing and analyzing the website traffic analysis, insights and best practices, and then acting on information.
* Manage the relation with the Digital Media Buying agency in term of optimizing the ROI on any campaign.
My responsibilities:
• Control of the IT budget
• The ongoing development of long-term IT strategies for the RCQE
• The formulation of specific IT projects, and fundraising for those beyond the
scope of the IT budget
• Technical and operational advice to other members of staff developing ITdependent
projects and systems
• Identification and prioritisation of IT needs in each financial year
• Specification, ordering and installation of equipment and software.

• Maintenance and repairs to systems at all levels

• Control over and maintenance of user accounts
• The development of custom software solutions, where possible and/or

• Design and maintenance of the website, consisting of:
o In co-ordination with other members of staff, continuously monitoring the development of the site and pushing its integration into all School activities
o Designing the site
o Producing all HTML on the site
o Maintaining the quality and relevance of information, including updating the site as required, in consultation with the Director.
•Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
•Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
•Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

•Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
