- Dividing all the sales agents into the regions, Khobar, Dammam, Alahsa, Jubail.
- Providing the team with a professional training about the tools which consists the products and case studying the client.
- Full case study for each client which is based on understanding the clients needs first.
- Contacting with clients, offering deals and visiting them.
- Plan a daily visit for each salesman minimum 8 visits per day.
- Receiving a weekly and monthly pipeline which is gonna help to follow up with employees
- Providing the team with leads including clients data.
- Creating leads opportunities for each client in the system
- tracking the department's metrics and activities.
- Daily report includes all the operations with full status description.
- Weekly, Monthly Report with full analyzed data.
- Following up with all pending operations.
