Key responsibilities:
1- Budgeting and Reporting:
 Prepares and submits SIMAH’s annual budget.
 Handles the development of all the reports required by the management regarding the actual execution of the budget.
2- Accounting Management:
 Directs the execution of all accounting activities to ensure that all financial transactions and fixed assets are accurately registered to the general ledger according to local and international accounting standards
 Complies to tax and zakat laws and regulatory standards
 Reviews the contracts and agreements with vendors and third parties so as to protect the interests of the Bank and ensures that all invoices’ payments comply with the contracts’ terms and conditions
 Reviews the payment obligations of SIMAH and proceeds to the calculation of the required amount
 Prepares all the financial, accounting and year-end statements to both management and local authorities according to the local and International Accounting Standards (IAS)
 Acts as a key point of contact with external auditors and regulatory bodies so that they are kept appropriately informed of SIMAH's financial status and satisfied of integrity of the management practices
3- People Management:
 Ensures all staff have clear objectives, regular performance feedback sessions, formal annual appraisals, and individual development plans, with particular emphasis on the development of talented Saudi national staff
 Ensures and facilitates the employment, training and development of Saudi nationals within the organization
4- Costing and pricing analysis for new and current products.
5- Supervises the day-to-day operations of the function to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and standards

 Processes general ledger and booking entries.
 Assists in monthly closings.
 Bank Reconciliation.
 Participates in the preparation of all financial, accounting and year-end statements to both management and local authorities.
2- Account Payables:
 Reviews all invoices with contracts and proceeds to their payment.
 Updates all transactions in the accounting system and proceeds to the reconciliation and allocation of expenses to the respective cost center, so as to enable the continuous accounting monitoring and follow-up of budget execution.
3- Account Receivable :
 Generate and send out invoices.
 Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
 Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
 Communicate with customers.
