Initiative Monitoring Advisor (IMA)
1. Assist Adaa in developing the process for monitoring the performance of their dashboards, including identifying their strategic objectives, and identifying key initiatives needed.
2. Define data collection methods and assist the government agencies to fill in the data collection with accurate and reliable data.
3. Follow up with the government agencies for the timely submission of data.
4. Collection, verification and validation of data submitted by the government agencies in the data collection portal.
5. Follow up with the government agencies to identify areas of information which require further investigation and clarity.
6. Participate in field visits, team meetings and workshops to assess, verify and validate reporting of the Objectives and initiatives.
7. Analyze the data submitted and develop recommendations.
8. Help prepare Periodic reports and design, production and dissemination of those reports.
9. Conduct benchmarking studies and prepare benchmarking reports.
