Position: Assistant Manager
• Actively engaging in the day-to-day management of "ZARA" Store, with a focus on ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Supervising and coordinating various sales floor activities, including product displays, promotions, and sales events, to optimize sales performance and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
• Collaborating closely with the store manager to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing coaching and mentorship to team members to foster their professional development and enhance overall team productivity.
• Assisting in the recruitment, selection, and training of new staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Taking a proactive approach to inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock audits, and implementing measures to minimize shrinkage and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product assortment optimization and strategic pricing adjustments.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as compliance with health and safety regulations, to maintain a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff.
• Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously, resolving issues promptly and effectively to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Playing an active role in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement within the store.
