• MIS of all over Pakistan to stare the Cons / Reno Projects (Routine Task)
• Monitor/Supervisor Major and Minor Projects (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC works)
• Any other special job assigned by Group Head Engineering and Divisional Head of Engineering Department.
• To visit the ongoing construction / renovation sites frequently for check the installation, operation and maintenance of electrical equipments including generators, telecommunication and distribution systems.
• To check and verify bills of contractors and forward to Head Engineering Cell.
• Planning and managing electrical work/applications.
• Managing electrical components and related cost estimates.
• Repairing and maintenance of electrical work of the Branches/Offices (Buildings).
• Regularly monitor construction / renovation work of Engineering Cell.
• To maintain weekly progress report of all over Pakistan.
• Preparation and evaluation of bidding documents including technical specification, BOQ and estimation.
• To calculate the Electrical load of Branches KESC, WAPDA for recommended Power cables and also recommended Generators and Transformers where necessary.
• Meeting /Visit Companies for Electrical equipments and commencing & testing of LT Panels, Power factor panels & Design the Distribution Board and Electrical Circuits.
• Responsible for shift and general duties as per department requirement.
• To plan and organize the department as per plant requirement to minimize the plant stoppage.
• To supervise daily electrical maintenance jobs.
• To check daily electricity billing and make the consumption report and preparation of electrical breakdown daily and monthly basis.
• Responsible to design electrical circuits in the plant emergency to minimize the production lost.
• To maintain record data log of daily checking and daily routine faults history.
• To coordinate with Mechanical and Production department in the schedule maintenance of plant machinery.
• To check and maintenance of Grid Station, Transformers and Motors.
• Generation work on Diesel Generator (4.5 MVA)
• To check and work on controlling system (Relays, Magnetic contactors) and fault diagnose throughout the Electrical drawings.
