• Responsible for the 36 nos. EOT Cranes (5 to 40 tons) and their Preventive and Predictive
Maintenance.
• Responsible for the 120 no. Welding Machines (mig and manual) and their maintenance.
• Looking after the material handling vehicles like JCB, Hydra, Dumper, and Forklift.
• Providing excellent matrix of manpower, machines and spare parts.
• Modified some existing facilities and machines to get maximum output for a particular product.
• Established Annual savings of more than 20 lacs in pneumatic system. (By Energy Cost Control)
• Composed maintenance flow sheets and parts ordering sheets; maintained detailed
documentation records on all equipment and parts.
