 Financial and accounting functions, providing strategic, financial, and business expertise for corporate development initiatives;
 Preparation of MIS reports, cash flow management, financial modeling, budget analysis, budget monitoring, creditors & debtors ageing analysis, manpower details, revenue projections, financial and strategic planning and fixed asset management;
 Periodic review and updating the policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory & contractual requirements;
 Monitoring routine treasury functions such as liaising with banks and monitoring bank accounts and BRS etc...;
 Owner of payment approval and review and approve salaries of all employees;
Accomplishments:
• Streamlining of the Finance & Accounting functions some of which issues dates back to more than 10 years.
• Process change of shifting the Inventory Management from manual systems to systems based operations.
• Streamline of the Debtors to collect most of the long pending issues by taking necessary steps.
• Excellent Treasury management skills, whereby, reduced the dependency of loans by improving the cash flows and at the same time making timely payments to suppliers.
• Cost reduction techniques to reduce the costs to considerable amount buy using analytical methods.
