• Allocation of new merchandise based on Season and Market trend
• Replenishment: Merging of stocks to minimize broken sizes and providing refills based on sale through and demand.
• Pricing: Looking after pricing of certain categories especially accessories, shoes and core items.
• Responsible for identifying the requirements of store in terms of stock
• Shipments: Looking after import and export to and from UAE to smoothen stock replenishment across GCC
• Responsible for Budgeting and minimizing cost.
• Ensure that a constant GP% is maintained and responsible for the P&L of the Brand
• Controlling shrinkage & checking stock position on stores on a periodic basis.
