• End to end recruitment through global sourcing, screening of applications, selection, hiring, documentation and preparation of joining documents, and submitting the details to HR Manager.
• Ensuring all HR administrative records are updated and maintained confidentially.
• Assisting newly-recruited employees and providing them with information regarding their salary, grade, job description, policies, and rules.
• Assisting HR Department in smooth and efficient running of HR division, getting efficient & timely delivery of expected results and ensuring all policies & procedures outlined in the HR Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.
• To ensure that all human resources practices are in compliance with residences/hotel’s legal requirements.
• To be actively involved in the coordination of colleague’s social events.
• To be readily available for counselling with empathetic, open communication and ensuring reliability and confidentiality.
• To ensure that all colleagues provide a courteous and professional service and all in-house rules and regulations are communicated to them and being followed.
• To manage all personnel procedures with regard to starters, transfers, promotions and variations plus leavers, liaising with the Finance Department.
• To perform other office administrative duties as and when required.
• Taking care of joining formalities of the employees and maintaining records.
• Salary structuring, payroll processing, attendance and reimbursement, employee relationship, and grievance handling.
• Monitoring of relieving procedures and settlements.
• MIS reports, policy implementation, procurement, and vendor management.
• General administrative work and employee co-ordination.
• Taking care of employees’ attendance, enrollment and team alignment.
• Maintaining records of leaves, biometric, attrition, and final settlement.
• Production and Query Request complaint (QRC) Management.
• Shift planning, seat utilization, overtime calculation, billing & invoicing, PMS (Performance Management System), and CCPR (Call Center Performance Report).
