Establish and maintain suppliers accounts
•Ensure data is entered into the system.
•Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
•Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
•Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
•Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
•Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
•Maintain the cheques for suppliers.
•Releasing the petty cash fund to all supervisor of the company as per their need.
To keep the record of expiry goods & remove the expiry goods from the shelf.
•To make a purchase order of running goods.
•To keep the shelf clean & full of goods.
•To make the customer satisfy by helping them to locate the goods they want.
•To keep the price tag in an appropriate place.
To Prepare cheques, bank draft and cash the cheque
•To Deal with various organization in economic sector
•To prepare salary sheet (of labour & staff) and make the payment at the end of month.
•To keep the daily report about payment and received amount.
