• Introducing leading industry practices into the financial processes and reporting framework.
• Handling the regional & non-Kuwait financial affairs.
• Performing consistent and periodic financial analysis on company performance.
• Providing comprehensive and effective visibility for stakeholders over financial trends, financial risks, recommendations towards better profitability, variances, etc.
• Providing management and stakeholders with standard and adhoc financial reports and tools aligned with industry leading practices.
• Working proactively with stakeholders (namely the regional RDs) to answer questions on financial affairs.
• Preparing monthly financials (P&L, Balance & Cash Flow), Budget v/s Actual variance analysis.
• Assist in preparing Budgets & reforecast.
• Track expenses and revenue Vs. budgets on a monthly basis and reforecast and analyze fluctuations reporting different financial ratios impacting business, to maintain a control on the expenditure Account for all corporate financial transactions in respective ledger.
• Prepare and update monthly financial and managerial reports.
• Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports, using MS excel
• Organizes and analyses financial data, develops, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as and when requested.
• Evaluating financial performance on a regular basis and identifying areas of improvement for each project.
• Assisting the management in preparation/planning of annual department/company budgets.
• Maintains a strategic working relationship with team and all key departments.
