implementing partner(s) in the area of Teacher Training by compiling consolidated their work plans along with resource allocations (human, technical and time) to specific tasks as earmarked in their proposals or contract and closely monitor timely implementation of activities and ensure their compliance with specific objectives agreed with donors; undertake regular field visits to monitor Teacher Training interventions for the Syrian and vulnerable Jordanians; identify in due course any remedial actions or adjustments to keep the implementation of the project on-track and cross- effective; prepare terms of reference for contracts, complete contractors selection procedures and agreements including due payments of advances and instalments on time;
• Develop a quality assurance and evaluation framework with clear definition of benchmarks, realistic and measurable interim target indicators to assess the compliance of the implementing partner’s deliverables with UNESCO\s commitment with donor(s); agree with the implementing partner on transparent procedures and guidelines for recording and reporting on indicators and qualitative data regarding project deliverables; support the implementing partners in finding solutions to any complaint by beneficiaries as appropriate; plan and organize the work of selected project evaluator and or/ auditor;
• Prepare writing contributions and participate in relevant inter-agency meetings on Syrian and vulnerable Jordanian Teacher Training issues; report on progress against well-specified deliverables by producing periodic project’s implementation updates (quarterly, yearly and final narrative and financial status reports) to the attention of the donors, partners and government counterparts (e.g. MoE. MOPIC…) on Teacher Training related activities led by UNESCO to various constituencies in close coordination with implementing partner(s) as required internally by his/her supervisor, the Head of Office or UNESCO HQ- Paris;
• Contribute technical inputs to the development of survey or needs assessment tools and prepare and/ or update evidence-based situation analyses building on quantitative data and qualitative information gathered through field missions’ interviews of beneficiaries or focus group discussions or reviews of third party studies on the Teacher Training related educational needs or challenges faced by Syrians and by vulnerable Jordanians in similar conditions;
• Contribute to content drafting for advocacy and visibility materials about UNESCO’s Teacher Training related interventions of UNESCO.

• As an office manager/ Admi Assistant -Translator I report to the Team Leader/ K-UTECH Consultants and work closely with other Consultants and staff of VTC.

I established a program for the weak students in the language and supervise its progress.
