1.Responsible for supervising and directing for MEP installations and maintenance work in residential villas, commercial towers, small scale industries post technical and feasibility studies and site.
2.Detailed project planning, including creating detailed work plans which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete the project, determining the resource required to complete the project, developing schedules for project completion that effectively allocate the resources .
3.Supervising the tendering procedures like putting together proposals, managing, visiting contractors on site and advising on engineering issues.
4.Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and architects, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants, co-workers and clients.
5.Assist in different areas like the development of project schedules, manpower requirements’ and ensure execution as per the schedule. Prepare method statements, submit them to client’s approval and ensure adherence to the approved statements throughout the project.
6.Estimating costs and managing budgets and other project resources apart from leading team of engineers
7.Perform project engineering duties on small to medium size projects including MEP coordination using computer-aided design (AutoCAD) packages for designing projects and undertaking complex and repetitive calculation.
8.Scheduling of the purchases and delivery system for material or equipment which is used to be on site. Attending meetings to discuss projects especially in a senior role, and request inspections for testing and commissioning from ADDC/ADSSC/ETISALAT.
9. Acquiring all the relevant documental issues such as building permits, environmental regulations, sanitary design, and safety measures of all sites.
1. Implementation and monitoring construction related work at site which include planning, estimation, preparation and assignment of resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution to ensure efficient management of plant and site in order to meet agreed deadlines.
2. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors.
3. Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution is done according to all applicable safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
4. Assign targets for accomplishments and ensuring targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site, thereby making sure that all site works are done according to applicable quality standards.
