Development of curriculum, lesson plans, examination papers, class administration and helping the top management with school administration. I am teaching Mathematics and Physics as main subjects while on need basis I also teach Biology, Chemistry, Geography and Islamic Studies to students appearing for O Levels and A Levels Cambridge exams.
Catering to various clients of the organization especially Malton Neighbourhood Services for helping them develop curriculum, pedagogical lesson plans for teaching English to new immigrants to Canada. Office Management and Customer Services was part of the duties.

M.Phil degree course which is still going on as I have to take a sabbatical leave and later had to postpone it due to health reasons. But I have completed three quarters of the course and would need to submit my thesis to finalize my degree course.

Curriculum development and general administration was part of duties. 1996-2000 Progressive Women Association Program coordinator: responsibilities included as a convener and trainer of young volunteers, collection of data, counseling of domestic violence and burn victims, advocacy for women rights. Served in UK as convener of the organization to raise funds for the gender cause.
