PROJECT: MA’ADEN MINE AND REFINERY PROJECT (Power Generators 2500kVA, 4.16kV (Lindenberg), RO, STP with all mechanical, E&I, Substations works)
# Responsible for planning works and ensuring a contract is delivered on time.

# Implementation of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards, National Electrical Codes and Nema VE2 for Electrical and Instrument works.
# Monitor the construction's works and testing activities to ensure compliance with the agreed test procedure without stopping the job if any minor mistakes occurring that is within acceptable range and if major problems raise the concern’s to Senior personnel or QC site in charge, Reporting unsafe practices, and violations of project procedures, specs..
# Review all Calibration equipment validity of its test certificates, review weekly all test reports of calibrated instruments etc.
# Inspection of Certified equipment (i.e Exe, Exd, Exia, Exn, Exm etc ) on the platform on all systems i.e. Switch Gears, Junction Boxes, Panels, Fire and Gas Instruments, glanding, Termination, trays, ladder racks its supports installation and Small power systems.
# Witness inspection for calibration of instruments(MOV, PT, FT, LT, TT, ESDV, PDI, Etc, and pressure leak test.
# Witnessing of Electrical test for Cables ( Insulation Resistance test, Hi-pot test ) and Switch Gear tests.
# Witness inspection of no load test, solo run test, winding test, vibration, bearing temp, and speed
# Perform inspection of all equipment during equipment pre-commissioning / commissioning
# Prepare and review test documentation, submit results to Certification Engineers.
# Making punch list and giving corrective actions to be performed.
# Checking of installation practices and quality of installation, alignment, level and orientation.
# Co-ordination with client on daily basis for work planning, man power control and allocation.
# Supervision for dismantling, Overhauling, Calibration of field instruments and control valves.
#Co-ordination of various activities like Installation, testing and pre-commissioning etc.
# Checking of all Engineering documents and drawings.
# Supervision of Installation of field instruments.
# Supervision of Calibration, Loop checking, testing and commissioning of instruments.
# Associate with Pre-shutdown activities and preparation of works.
# Identify and co-ordinate corrective and shutdown jobs with respect to the scope of work.
# Preparation of Permit to work card for different jobs.

# Preparation for Request For Inspection (RFI), Non Confirmity Report ( NCR), Field Inspection Report (FIR) and Test Reports.

# Inspection of instrument transmitter calibration (ROSEMOUNT) and ESD valves.
# Inspection of UPS, Battery Charger and Marshalling panel and system cabinets installation.
# Preparation of loop folders, function test folders and execution.
# Inspection of Electrical Panel installation.
