Freight Forwarding & Logistics Operation
• Handle operations of all carriers, i.e. Sea, Air, Land, Trouble Shoot all issues of Loading, Transshipments and Final Deliveries.
• Dangerous goods handling and documentation.
• Timely coordination with a 3PL/4PL service provider with Forwarder and Transporter to carry out and manage full logistics operations on day to day operation.
• Handling day to day operation of air freight.
• Export/Import shipments customs clearing (DXB/SHJ).
• Developed strong customer relations and ensured the highest standards of customer satisfaction and quality service at all times.
Warehouse Incharge:
• Maintaining warehouse stocks and distributing the same by coordinating with team members through proper policies and procedures.
• Safeguards warehouse operations Shelves and ensuring racks are properly stocked monitoring and security procedures and protocols.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.
Flight Operations
• Managing completely Air Freight Procedure.
• Dangerous Goods Handling (Managing & assisting in identifying, Classifying, Packing, Marking, labeling & Documentation) of Cargo as per the regulations.
• Airway bill Execution with proper knowledge of Inco-terms.
• Responsible to handle the Re-Export shipment - Arranging the proper documents, Submission of exit, entry documents, completion of all govt offices related formalities.
• Coordinating with Airlines for all operations related purpose.
• Supervise Airway Bill stock, Re-export documentation, Air To Air, Transhipment, Consolidation, Customs documentation, all types of Air Cargo handling, & Co-ordinate with all other dept including packing for smooth movement.
• Coordination with customs & DNATA.
Liaising / Co-ordination with agents regarding sales/rates/space
Cargo Reservation using NGSC
Allocation of space to agents
Verification and acceptance of cargo
Supervising export ULD build up and sending related messages
Supervision of import ULD break up/ Sending Tracer messages for Mishandled cargo
Dispatching all Pre-flight & post flight Message
Co-ordination among shipper & different Airlines
Internal coordination with export shipment clearing department.
Checking export documentation.
Advance cargo space booking in Airlines.
Taking care of Terminal charges through online Airport Authority Website
Track and trace the cargo movement & updating the status to the shippers
