•Maintaining bank book, ledgers, Daily cash flow Statement, Bank Reconciliation Statement etc.
•Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
•Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that municipal finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
•Maintain, examining and reconciling all the statutory ledgers such as TDS, PF, ESI, VAT, CST, EXCISE and SERVICE TAX payable at the end of month
•Invoice Raising and Handling petty cash for the company.
•Preparing financial reports for the superiors as and when required.
•Keeping details of Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credits and other records related to the financial dealings with the bank.
•Preparation and Finalization of Books of Accounts which includes Cash/Bank Books, Ledgers etc.
•Monitoring the reports related to financial matters. .
•Maintaining records related to TDS/Service Tax/ Sales Tax matters.
•Totally responsible for vendor/ Sub-contractor payable management
•Preparing the report for service tax payable on RCM (Reverse Charge Method)
•Interaction with statutory/tax and internal auditors (E & Y) and providing all the necessary information required by them.
•Documentation and follow up procedure as per ICS (internal control system) guidelines prescribed by parents Group Company.
