The project has been established in a joint venture with Foster & Partners and is being delivered via London and Jeddah offices with support from other regional and international design offices. Hyder is responsible for technical and managerial aspects of the design of the metro stations from concept to preliminary engineering. Responsible for architectural landscaping, infrastructure roads and utilities and stakeholder management.
Duties & Responsibilities.
• Develop the baseline program in coordination with all stake holders
• Prepartion of monthly and weekly reports
• Working pro-actively with different departmental heads to prepare and update the Project Deliverable Schedule (Primavera P6) in accordance to the Contract document
• Attend Bi-weekly meetings with Design Management Consultants to resolve any issues related to Project Controls and to enforce better control over the projects
• Defining project controls rules and templates for the projects to adhere to, in accordance to the agreed processes
• Highlight area of delay in progress and suggest recovery actions to be taken through periodic recovery programs.
To support and assist the Jeddah Municipality in their commission as the body responsible for the planning, design, implementation and maintenance of the Jeddah City infrastructure and also supporting Jeddah Municipality in the management of the various activities necessary for the successful completion of the multiple engineering projects such as bridges, tunnels, roads, city transportation plan and systems, buildings, sewerage treatment plans, irrigation systems, storm water drainage systems, parks, open spaces and similar city infrastructure works under their control .
Duties & Responsibilities
• Formulate Project execution strategies in coordination with all project stakeholders
• Maintain the integrated baseline timings
• Lead project control process
• Impact assess the Performance baseline, cost, commercial and risk contractual implications in order to ensure they are all being considered
• Be at the forefront of administering, coordinating and preparing all the supporting documentation associated with proposed. Performance baseline changes.
• Align cost and time data in Primavera for the program management
• Lead the Risk analysis.
• Lead Earned Value Management (EVM) .
• Manage internal and external reports
• Embrace change management strategies and ensure compliance across the department.
• Continuously strive for timely completion across all projects

Duties & Responsibilities
• Monitoring the Handing Over Process & responsiple for tracking the progress of Handing Over.
• Ensure that construction plans meet client’s expectations and identify agreed to milestones for deliverables
• Coordinate and communicate between contractors, consultants, and client
• Implement corrective action initiatives as needed during handing over process and consulted with Project Director to resolve issues arising during the handing over process.
• Forecast the Manning Schedule, Budget cost based on the contractors programme.

• Updating the Progress on the scheduled program and submitting it to the Consultants
