Defended my thesis entitled "Design and Development of Energy Efficient Signal Processing Techniques for Future Broadband Wireless Networks" where I have discussed in detail various signal processing techniques used by 5G wireless communication systems for different models and system architectures. My work demonstrates how signal processing techniques of 5G are better than 4G. I have designed a new energy-efficient system for 5G signal processing techniques and simulated the same using MATLAB. As the cellular traffic is increasing exponentially, the conventional setup of the 5G network won't be able to afford intensifying traffic demands. Hence, to balance the load of 5G systems and to enhance SINR performance, I have used hybrid optimization of small cell range development and density for energy-efficient ultra-dense networks. Moreover, to fully circumvent the challenges in the next-generation energy-efficient wireless standard design such as in the 5th and 6th generation an IRS-assisted GFDM-NOMA system and an EE algorithm are proposed to achieve a fair tradeoff between maximization of sum data rate and minimization of total power utilization.
