I started my IT career with this organization as a management trainee. Worked on Desktops, Servers, Network, Helpdesk, Leased lines, Vendor Management. Worked in a team of 8 person. Hands on experience of server hardware installations, rack mounting of servers, cabling, LAN setup. Managed vendors for procuring hardware, creating gate passes, checking hardware as per the specs mentioned in invoice, chasing vendors for faulty missing parts. Handled user issues on the floor from their desktop till application. Handled and managed helpdesk, assigned tickets to engineers, maintained SLA’s.
