• Executing various administrative tasks including development, writing, and distribution of content for diverse communication products.

• Corresponding various events from planning to budgeting through execution and reviewing post-event case study.
• Administering website content using the website’s CMS back end system including evaluation of web metrics, redesigning of the entire site and addition of SEO best practices.
• Supervising the logistic operations of over 20 photo and video shoots from scripting storyboards to obtaining filming licenses along with briefing operations teams at a corporate (Accor regional office) and property level.
• Involved in designing, planning and execution of communication strategies and marketing programs.
• Preparing award winning nominations for industry awards which include Hotelier Middle East, Caterer Middle East, Family Traveller, Lux Travel Awards, and Hotel of the Year Awards etc.
• Drafting induction schedules for new recruits and training interns on the departmental etiquettes.
• Drafting press releases, media alerts, and award nominations whilst increasing coverage, reach and Advertising value year on year.
• Involved in raising LPOs for marketing collaterals on birchstreet and developed collaterals for seasonal promotions.
• Acknowledging and accessing many requirements for marketing and public relations support across the department.
