SITE INCGARGE IN PROJECTS IN OMAN LARGET PETROCHEMICAL PLANT IN HARWEEL HIGH CRTICAL SOUR PETROCHEMICAL PLANT

1. Tank bottom plate replacement, heating coil replacement, Tank Foundation repair at SHELL GTL -Ras Laffan
2. Turn Around For Shell GTL LPU plan .—Complete shut down, and executing all scaffolding and replacement of corroded pipes, valves , instruments and static and rotary equipment refurbishments
 Prime objective is to ensure ZERO HSE default keeping highest standard of quality
 Daily and Weekly review within team to ensure smooth execution of work with no slag in schedule.
 Arranging all resources as per requirement .
 Attending regular Client / Contractor meeting
 Analyzing and actively working on design guidelines & best practices
 Integrating, interfacing and providing solutions to the problems encountered in day to day construction and maintenance activities.
 Liaising with other disciplines including Client and vendor during all stages of construction and commissioning to secure smooth handover.
 Ensuring timely production, coordinating with creative team and ensuring optimum quality control; managing replacement of all disciplines.
 Actively participating in root cause analysis and establishing the way forward in future jobs
 Taking part in internal audits of Quality an

 Preparing work quantum estimation in the form of deliverable schedules, manpower planning and work scheduling, assigning activities to team members, also, monitor the progress.
 Involving in preparation of design basis and review of Piping Specification, Technical Specification of valves, piping components & special material; Review of stress, support, fabrication specifications. Review of piping MTO & issue material requisitions to get bids for cost estimation.
 Ensuring all drawings produced are correct in standard, right reference and as per layout and in compliance with the clients standards and engineering practices described in the project Co-ordinations procedure
 Performing analysis and actively worked on design guidelines and best practices. Deftly assist in Mechanical Design, modeling, drawing and structure analysis of Design components.
 Accountable for integrating, interface and providing solutions to the problems encountered in design considerations. Preparing Piping BOQ with Material Specification
 Maintaining regular coordination with other disciplines including testing department and vendor during all stages of the design and secured concurrence of all involved engineering personnel.
 Responsible for the task of ensuring timely production and coordinated with creative team and ensured optimum quality control; Involving in the replacement of all Piping Supports on Insulated lines
 Encouraging healthy relationship between workers and management by motivating workers for better productivity and creating an environment in which the operators are able to follow the rules.
