Accountabilities includes

•Handling 3rd Party warehouses & logistics to streamline the process. Finalization of freight, routes etc. for dispatches to maintain the KPIs of service providers.
•Interface between the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Suppliers and Central Planning team to ensure supplies according to demand by effective use of tools like SAP, Excel and Inter-personal skills.
•Actively participate in process map & Implantation for Logistic, warehouse, procurement process.
•Leading few projects for the cost reduction on Logistics & Imports.
•Handling CHAs, Freight Forwarders, domestic logistic and Shipping Lines for smooth Execution of shipments.
•Liaising with overseas Suppliers on the Production and Shipment Schedule.
•Arrange for necessary shipping documentation and contact customs officials to effect release of shipments
•Monitoring arrival schedule for goods and ensure clearance on time to avoid detention & demurrages.
•Interacts with Warehouse Manager's at different location for the receipt of goods from customs
•Monitor Bill processing - Customs Clearing Agents Bills Processing, Transportation Bills Processing, etc
•Getting Quote and finalization quote for forwarding business by making comparison of the quotes received from various forwarders.

Area of Operation - All India ( Sr.Product & Supply chain executive II )

Accountabilities includes

•Responsible for Production Planning, distribution planning & dispatch planning.
•Analyzing regular MIS reports on production & dispatch and highlight exceptions.
•Manage FG inventory across all the Branches and ensure quality and freshness of stock delivered to the customers.
•Co-ordinate with New product development team, Planning team, production team, Warehouse, transporters and Branches.
•Responsible for managing Seconds, Defectives & Spare parts and highlight and ensure action on aged stock and inventory levels
•Set budget for inventory, monitor stock levels and age on a weekly and monthly basis, review the forecast demand.
•Review Pos position every 2 weeks to control the inflow of material.
•Build strong relationship with the vendors.
•Facilitate feedback of logistics issues and information from Branches.
•Managing inventory effectively to maintain sufficient stock levels to meet customer requirements.
•Maintaining a strong communication chain between the different divisions in order to receive inquiries about status of materials, requisition, dispatch information and delivery status.

Accountabilities includes

•Planning for Trips with the help of orders received from the Plants, Branches & Parties from all over the India.
•Arrangements of Vehicle from the Transporters for the dispatch of planned materials.
•Regular follow up, Feedback and Co-ordination with Plants, Parties and Branches.
•Ensuring cost effective logistics operations across the distribution channel and monitoring availability of requisite goods at the various Branches and Parties.
•Coordinating all India inter branch for transfer of stocks, and arrange the disposal of dead stock and scrap.
•Conduct regular reviews of stock availability at distribution centres, retail outlets, in transit and on order

Area of Operation - South & East Zone (Supply Chain executive)

Accountabilities includes

•Managing Inventory for all the 34 Stores and balancing between ESO (Excess, Slow & Dead) by maintaining optimum and agreed Inventory.
•Conducting GAP Analysis at Plants to check the process of manufacturing & distribution against confirmed supply plans.
