Presently working in the Operations Department of GTA, handling the region of MEA, GCC (Whole sale and Retail accounts).


Increasing more business opportunities with the present partners and clients.
Promoting the online Retail booking system.
Managing and keeping the track of business comparison with last year and as well as competitors.
Going through the new market strategies with the higher management, based on the market situation on regular basis.
Regular meetings with the agents to gain support and business and focus to gain more opportunities to maximise profit.
Building gap between the agents and the Operations staff to smooth out the business process.
Following the companies vision and focus on to strengthen the companies market share.

Duties Performed

Taking Calls Making Bookings, amendments, changes and cancellations.
Replying to mails of guests and travel agencies for their booking requests and other hotel and room related queries.
Handled VIP services “just after completing 8 months in the department” where urgent and VIP guests bookings and their arrivals and other special requests.
Handled the Escalations of the department “just after completing 8 months in the department” - calls and mails coming from other departments and agencies regarding any discrepancies or issues related to the guests bookings.
Assisting Team leaders and Managers in generating reports, also assisting other team members in absence of supervisors.
Checking the 24hrs arrival checklist for the guests arrival.
Following up for the payments from the Travel Agencies when required also assisting the accounts department regarding any necessary information required.
Updating and making the online website bookings like : GTA, Later room, Booking.com, Expedia etc to name a few.
